Who we are
WP Theme Customizer (wpthemecustomizer.com) is a small independent service that helps owners of new websites finish their setup. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we do not collect
There are no accounts and no sign-up. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone.
The website checkup and favicon checker
When you run a check, the web address you type is sent to our server so we can look at the public pages of that site, the same pages any visitor can see.
The result is kept in our server's memory for about five minutes, so running the same check again is quick. Your IP address is held in memory for about a minute to stop the tools being overloaded. Neither is written to disk or kept after that.
The favicon generator
Your logo never leaves your device. The icons are made in your browser and the files you download are created there too. Nothing is uploaded to us.
When you contact us
The contact form sends us your name, email address, website and message. If you email us instead, we get the same. We use it only to reply to you and to do the work you asked for, keep it for as long as we need it for that, and delete it on request.
To keep spam out, the form runs a quick check from Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that check.
Booking a call
Calls are booked through Google Calendar appointment scheduling. The details you enter there go to Google and to us, and Google's privacy policy applies to that page.
Fonts and your browser
The fonts are served from this site. Your browser does not contact Google or any other font service to show them.
Your browser remembers whether you chose the light or dark look. That setting stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Server logs
Like most websites, the server that hosts this site may keep short technical logs, such as your IP address and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 30 days.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
